Dr. Ratti is a physician trained in Preventive & Social Medicine who has led many programs, institutions and healthcare organizations including Ministry of Defense of Government of India, NORVIC International Hospital, World College of Medical Science and Research, Rama Medical College and Super Specialty Hospital, United Health Group, among others serving as CEO, Director, Professor, Epidemiologist and Medical Officer. He has extensive expertise in Public Health, Primary health care, hospital and health care delivery operations and strategic planning. Having worked over 30 years’ in Armed Forces/Central Government as a public health practitioner in a multi locational, multi-cultural environment with large population spread, his experience ranges from implementing first contact care to supervisory, monitoring and evaluation, policy level managerial strategic inputs, program management in health care, quality control in healthcare and hospital settings, management (tier3) at Strategic and Operational levels, and as a health and hospital administrator.
Dr. Ratti completed his MBBS and MD at Armed Forces Medical College, Pune University, India, Diplomate National Board (Preventive & Social Medicine), Government of India, Post Graduate Certificate Course in Field Epidemiology and control of Communicable Diseases (WHO sponsored) National Institute of Communicable Diseases, India, and Post Graduate Diploma in Health & Family Welfare Management, National Institute of Health & Family Welfare, India.
